Larson does what many deem unthinkable — he's a pastor who runs a bar. One day when he was praying about the struggle to turn a profit, he heard God say, “Take care of the fringe and marginalized in the nations, and I’ll have them take care of you.” Now, Larson thinks it would have been a sin not to buy the bar.

The renovations are complete, but student government is still determining how to use the learning center at Newell Hall, a space designed specifically for students to study and collaborate.

The animal intake was exceptionally high because of animals surrendered in anticipation of the storm. Many people brought their pets to Animal Services before evacuating to a shelter and picked them up when it was safe to return home.
