Racial Reckoning At UF Continues A Year After George Floyd’s Death

It’s been one year since the death of George Floyd at the hands of police officer who was later convicted of murder. The death triggered a racial reckoning that is still being felt nationwide, including in Gainesville.

Yewande O. Addie of the Black Student Storytelling Project has this remembrance told through the experiences of Black students at the University of Florida.
