Marion County Mother Found Dead In Georgia

The body of Casei Jones, a Marion County woman who was first reported missing last month, was found in Brantley County, Georgia, on Monday.

Investigators later found the bodies of her four children — ranging in age from 1 to 10 years old — who were also reported missing.

It is unknown if the bodies were found in the same place, and the causes of death have yet to be determined.

Jones' husband, Michael Jones, who was already being questioned by officials, turned himself in. He is being charged with second-degree murder.

Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods addressed the nature of the crime over Facebook, mourning the five deaths.

"All we need to know is that's evil, and evil did something," Woods said. "And evil needs to pay for what he did. Plain and simple as that."
