Updated, 3:55 p.m.: A morning dispute ended in the fatal shooting of a Marion County man Tuesday.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched about 9 a.m. to 322 NE 167th Court in Silver Springs, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
When authorities arrived, they found that Richard Allen Hutchinson Jr., 33, had been shot and killed at the residence.
No arrests have been made, and no suspect is being actively searched for, the release said. But a search warrant has been served at the residence as authorities investigate.

Original story, 12:11 p.m. : Marion County Sheriff’s deputies were on the scene Tuesday morning of a homicide in Silver Springs.
A body — not yet identified — was found at 322 NE 167th Court in Silver Springs.
Another incident occurred in Marion County on Monday.
According to a release from the sheriff's office, deputies were dispatched to 4125 NW County Road 225A at about 4 p.m., where they found the body of Tamara Bedenbaugh.
