A traffic stop has landed one man in jail on several drug charges. A Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped 30-year-old Jeffrey Clarke for a tint violation. The deputy smelled a strong odor of marijuana and saw a plastic bag hanging out of Clarke’s pocket. While searching the car, deputies uncovered cocaine, pills and about 10 pounds of marijuana valued at $3,980. Clarke was charged with Possession of more than 20 grams of Marijuana with Intent to Sell, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell and Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription.
