The Clay County youth who was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in the head at his home on Sunday has died. Seth Lassiter spent two nights in critical condition at Shands Jacksonville after a rifle handled by another juvenile family member discharged, resulting in the victims head injury. The Clay County Sherrifs Office says their preliminary investigation still points to this incident as being an accidental shooting.
