Fort White has had a contentious past few months from the possibility of dissolving the town earlier this year, to a recall election, to possibly removing a town councilman, Lonnie Harrell, from office next week.
Tension in local government has reached a rolling boil as Councilmember Harrell has now introduced an emergency injunction to stop the election.
