The Cedar Key Volunteer Fire Rescue is honoring more than 30 active duty service members this holiday. The streets on the island are lined with the names of service members from the area and more than 150 American flags. The flags were donated from anonymous donors and a couple of local businesses. Cedar Key Volunteer Fire Chief Robert Robinson spoke with WUFT-FM’S Corey Bachman about how many visitors and locals have told him the impressive sight has left a lasting, emotional impact.
