UF political scientist discusses how much Florida's primary will count

All eyes are on South Carolina as the state holds its Republican primaries tomorrow. So far, Rick Santorum has won one state - Iowa, and Mitt Romney has won one - New Hampshire. Now, Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich are closely tied in South Carolina, then after that, it's on to Florida.

Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Chris Peralta spoke with University of Florida Professor of Political Science, Michael Martinez about the importance of the Sunshine State in this year's primary season, and what might be expected of the elections here.
