A group message had P.K. Yonge parents, school officials and the University of Florida Police Department on high alert Thursday morning. The school was placed on lockdown for about two hours.
UFPD responded to the report, and Capt. Latrell Simmons said, "We do have some information as to how it originated we have our criminal investigations divison trying to track it down to identify the individual that made the post."
