UF President Fuchs: Class Of 2023 Students Come From 106 Countries

In his 2019 State of the University address Thursday to the University of Florida Faculty Senate, President Kent Fuchs gave an optimistic view of UF’s leadership role in the future of the state.

After detailing the diverse freshman class of 2023, he went on to point out how the university is on its way to becoming a top-five academic research institution and how the future of UF and the state as a whole are interwoven.
