Deputy Ride-Along Shows Alachua County Flooding, Alligators On Streets

Emergency responders, including deputies from the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office, are continuing their response to the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.

To see this firsthand, WUFT News rode along with Deputy Chris Sims on Tuesday, joining him on a search-and-rescue effort and an alligator encounter.
