Stetson Kennedy was an author, folklorist, and human rights activist from north Florida. He died this past August, but yesterday would have been his 95th birthday. This Saturday, the Civic Media Center in Gainesville will be remembering the life of Mr. Kennedy in a memorial service held in his honor. Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Steven Gallo

spoke to Civic Media Center coordinator James Schmidt and a musician and friend of Mr. Kennedy, Cathy DeWitt about the memorial and the impact he had on the community and nation.
