Between 8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on October 22, 2011 through 10:00 p.m. EDT on October 23, 2011. All entries via email must be received by 10:00 p.m. EDT on October 23, 2011.
How do I enter?
October 22-23, 2011 Sweepstakes: To enter the drawing, make a donation between 8 a.m. on October 22 and 10 p.m. on October 23, 2011 (the "Donation Period"). All donors who make a donation during this time will be automatically entered into the drawing. Click here to make a donation.
Alternatively, you can enter the drawings without making a donation by emailing pledges@wuft.org, with your name, address, daytime telephone number, and email address. Please place Dell Netbook in the subject line.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The members of the Division of Multimedia Properties Board (DMP) of Trustees and Advisory Board, and employees of DMP, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such members or employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
What is the Prize? (1) Dell - Inspiron Mini Netbook / Intel® Atom™ Processor / 10.1" Display / 1GB Memory / 250GB Hard Drive.
Winner will be chosen randomly.
(1) Winner will be selected on November 1, 2011 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The Winner need not be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Official photo identification will be required to claim the prize.
Taxes:
Winner is solely responsible for any reporting and payment of any taxes applicable to the prize.
Prize Notification: Winner will be notified by telephone and e-mail provided by Winner at time of entry. If DMP is unable to reach Winner within seven business days from the date of the prize drawing, he or she will be disqualified and will forfeit all interest in the prize, and a substitute winner will be selected.
In the event the Winner does not accept the prize for any reason, is deemed ineligible by DMP, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be awarded to a substitute winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. This process will be repeated if necessary until a winner is determined.
Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of postmark or hand delivery. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release in a timely fashion, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner.
Winner may waive his/her right to receive prize. No cash or prize substitutions allowed by Winner. Winner’s right to receive prize is non assignable and non-transferable. Prizes and individual components of prize package is subject to availability and DMP reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
