Florida's Gulf and inland counties seeing impacts from Tropical Storm Debby

Tropical Storm Debby brought a morning and afternoon of steady rain to Florida's Gulf Coast counties and dozens of inland counties.  In this video (courtesy WFLA-TV) you can see the morning conditions in Pinellas County.  The strongest winds were offshore (buoys and aircraft this morning detected winds above 50 mph gusting to 68 mph), but with the storm yet to make an expected westward turn, as of 3pm Apalachicola reported winds of 28 mph gusting to 50 mph.
