The proper role of a community's neighborhood watch program

Nearly one month following the death of Trayvon Martin, his killer George Zimmerman hasn't been arrested after claiming self defense. Zimmerman was a self proclaimed member of his Sanford community's neighborhood watch, a body designed to prevent crime. Florida's 89.1, WUFT FM's Chris Gilmore spoke with Gainesville Police Department Crime Prevention Officer Charlene Collins, about what's expected of a neighborhood crime watch program.
