11th victim discovered in I-75 crash

Alachua County medical examiners have discovered the remains of a third victim in one of vehicles involved in Sunday's I-75 accident near Paynes Prarie, according to a release from the Florida Highway Patrol this evening. This brings the tally of dead to 11.

The Gainesville Sun confirmed with FHP Lt. Patrick Riordan that the vehicle with the new victim, a Dodge truck, was engulfed in flames after being struck making initial identification of three separate victims difficult. Identities of the three people in that vehicle have not been released.

FHP also released the identity of one of the deceased from another vehicle involved in the crash. Vontavia Kiara Robinson, 22, of Willison was driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix.
