Alachua County School Board members will be discussing a variety of issues at their meeting tonight. Topics will include the details of local summer school programs, a donation of computers to Rawlings Elementary School and salary increases for district administrators. School Board member Eileen Roy says the board is carefully considering the pay raises. She adds the new salary plan is not affected by Governor Rick Scott’s proposed budget cuts, but she is concerned about the future of Florida’s public education system if the cuts are made.
