The group wants the federal government to know its outrage with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

The Fest, a three-day punk music festival, will be held from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1. It will take on the help of 443 volunteers to execute the festival's 14th year at multiple Gainesville venues.

Gainesville resident Thomas Sanders has produced about 800 Vine videos and amassed an army of 5.8 million followers on the social app. Despite this new-found fame, Sanders is still an active member of the local community.
