Fort White in Columbia County is a small town with about 700- residents. Earlier this week they held a meeting regarding the potential disbandment of the town.
Many took the stand to voice their disapproval of the idea, and even Mayor George Thomas opposed the idea in a heated exchange with other members of the council.
