Local flooding widespread across Florida

With Tropical Storm Debby hovering in the Gulf, large portions of Florida are seeing heavy rainfall.  The National Hurricane Center predicts total rainfall over several days could be 10-15 inches over the eastern Panhandle and northern Florida, with isolated amounts of up to 25 inches.  In this video (courtesy WFLA-TV) you see road flooding from Sunday in Pasco County.  In the Ocala area, scattered power outages affected more than 1500 homes overnight, and Monday morning brought the start of Ocala sandbagging operations.  Sandbags are available at Tuscawilla Park, the MLK Rec. Complex, and Jervey Gantt Park.
