Authorities say gunfire knocked out a window on a police cruiser parked near the town home community where Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman. This comes a day after special prosecutor to the case, Angela Corey, decided that she will be the one to determine the fate of charging Zimmerman with the shooting - and not a Grand Jury. Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Marc Whiteman spoke with University of Florida Levin College of Law Professor Michelle Jacobs who says Corey's decision to not bring the case forward to a Grand Jury should not yet be seen as negative, as the investigation and fact gathering is still ongoing.
