Judges heard oral arguments Tuesday morning in a years-long legal battle between the City of Gainesville and the Gainesville Regional Utilities Authority at the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee.

The inaugural class of the Florida 4-H Equine Ambassador Program is made up of six students from across the state. The new program was created through the University of Florida’s IFAS Department of Animal Sciences and focuses on mentorship, education and outreach.
