Carly Strange was born with her intestines outside her body. To help others not feel alone, she created the Facebook page “The Many Faces of a Survivor.”

Adoabi Ugochukwu, 22, was diagnosed with lupus at 15 years old. Now, she's planning on starting a support group in Gainesville for lupus patients.

Charlotte Germain-Aubrey, a biology postdoctoral student, created a camp for middle school girls where they can be exposed to the different STEM fields. A different field of science is covered each day at WiSE Girlz Camp, including biology, chemistry, astronomy, engineering and computer science.

The UF Pathway to Campus Enrollment program offers students admission to in-person classes after they complete UF Online courses and earn a total of 60 credits. Out of the 3,118 students who were admitted to PaCE, only 272 have accepted so far.
