Scholarship program gets million-dollar pledge

For some underrepresented students, financing a college education might seem far fetched. A scholarship program at the University of Florida has been helping students who can’t afford college to do just that. As Florida’s 89.1, WUFT-FM’s Nickelle Smith reports, the Florida Opportunity Scholarship program is getting the assistance it needs to continue its goals of supporting less fortunate students.
