The Wisconsin recall election Tuesday marks only the third time in U.S. history that voters will go to the polls to decide whether to oust a sitting governor. Some political observors say it is being viewed as the second most important election this year.
Legal analyst at the University of South Florida in Tampa Susan MacManus spoke with WUFT-FM's Catherine Awasthi to see if and how this recall will affect the outcome of the 2012 presidential race.
