A Levy County Sheriff's Office Lieutenant has been transferred to the Bradford County jail under allegations of sexual assault. Florida Department of Law Enforcement Public Information Officer Kristi Gordon says the FDLE has taken over the investigation.

Levy County Sheriff's Office Major Evan Sullivan says Lieutenant Zachary Knight was arrested Friday night after a victim called in a complaint against him. Knight is facing charges including sexual battery, false imprisonment, aggravated assault and tampering with a victim.
