Detectives Offer Reward For Video of Holly Heights Shooting

Alachua County Sheriff's Office is offering a $200 reward for any videos of the Jan. 11 fight that the office says led to a shooting in the Holly Heights neighborhood.

If a video leads to the identification or arrest of the suspect who killed Isadore Lee, the video's owner will be eligible for an additional reward of up to $1,000.

"The information has been very, very slow to come in from witnesses," said Brandon Kutner, the Public Information Officer for the Alachua County Sheriff's Office.

He said he thinks people are afraid to come forward with information about the case, but they will be able to remain anonymous if they submit a video.

Kutner said police have at least one video of the fight that happened before the shooting, so he said they know there were many people who witnessed the fight and shooting.

Videos will be screened before submitters receive a reward.

"We're just asking that the public come forward and give law enforcement the information it needs to put this case to rest and make an arrest," Kutner said.
