Miniature horses help comfort patients in Gainesville

For those of us who have pets, we know how important they can be.  The connection of humans and animals includes some special horses in Gainesville.  When one of Gentle Carousel's miniature therapy horses walks into a room to visit a  patient, there's joy on the faces of the person with an illness, and the owners of Gentle Carousel  hope are happy memories as well.  Florida's 89. 1  WUFT-FM's Lauren Rautenkranz reports, a Gainesville family recently had the opportunity to meet one of the miniature horses, who brightened everyone's day.
