Sales of oxycodone pills bring drug charges to mom and son

A mother and her son are being charged of intent to distribute in Levy county after neighbors reported suspicious activity. A Levy County drug task force arrested 23-year-old Robert Mathew Andrews during a transaction in which he fired 30 rounds from an assault rifle. They were distributing oxycodone pills from their home in Trenton for 30 dollars each. Levy County Sheriff’s Office Major Evan Sullivan says they also found a marijuana plant in the residence and in the mother’s bedroom.
