Tropical Storm Isaac continues its northwestern movement toward the state of Louisiana. University of Florida Meteorologist Jeff Huffman had the chance to talk with the Director of FEMA today, Craig Fugate, about the safeguards put in place to try and prevent the damage that occured with Hurricane Katrina several years ago.
