Anniversary of Hurricane Charley serves as reminder to prepare for coming storms

August 13th marks the 6th anniversary of when Hurricane Charley hit Florida. The category 4 hurricane caused $15 billion dollars in damages and took 35 lives. Charley is the 5th costliest hurricane in United States history. WUFT-FM’s Mike Gillespie spoke with State Meteorologist Amy Godsey about the storm and the current hurricane season.
