Gainesville city planners are proposing to redevelop the former industrial area between Downtown Gainesville and Depot Park.
The land located at 605 and 621 SE Depot Ave. is currently zoned for warehouse and manufacturing type spaces.
The proposed petition would allow for more commercial, residential and cultural spaces.
