In the midst of what is shaping up to be a state budget that means not only will state workers not get pay raises, but they’ll be paying three percent of their salaries for their pensions, there is a little ray of sunshine for some north central Florida state workers. The legislative director of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal employees , Doug Martin, says efforts to privatize two facilities have been put on hold. He talked with WUFT-FM news director Tom Krynski.
