The Leblanc's spent their life savings on their dream home. It was built on sprawling land between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, home to more than 140 chemical plants. WUFT's Meredith Sheldon reports the Leblanc's way of life forever changed after discovering this region has the country's highest rate of developing cancer from air toxins.
