'Farmers don't get rich': This Marion County couple decided to become farmers for their retirement

Marion County resident Yvonne Hart was on the hunt for an ulcer remedy when she discovered a potential solution: goat milk.

Along with her husband, Alan Hart, the couple decided to become farmers for their retirement.

In 2011, their pets became their life and their farm, Windmill Acres, became certified as a master goat-producing farm. Goats have become her bread and butter.

They spend their time caring for the goats and selling things such as milk and cheesecakes from the goat milk to sell in their store and at the Ocala Farmers Market.
