Top executives of the big five oil companies – Chevron, Shell, BP, ConocoPhillips, and Exxon Mobil – are at Capitol Hill today, testifying before the Senate Finance Committee. Chris Peralta spoke with University of Central Florida Political Science professor Aubrey Jewitt about the meaning of the hearings, and what outcome can be expected.
