Strong Turnout In Marion County For Early Voting

Wesley Wilcox, Marion County’s supervisor of elections, said Monday that early voter turnout is entering “uncharted ground.”

By 8 a.m., the line of voters at a Marion County voting center was 40 people long and stayed long all day.

Marion County also sent out 43,000 vote-by-mail ballots and by Wednesday will have mailed more than ever before.
