A number of new developments are coming to the city of Newberry. The city comission adopted an ordinance last night that approves the master plan for the proposed Sandia Town Park. The 7-million dollar project will bring a 32-field baseball complex as well as a development that could include a water park, bowling alley and 600 hotel rooms.
