Teenagers in Marion County are working for a good cause to try and staying out of jail. Jessica Gable spoke with Marion County Sheriff’s Spokesman Judge Cochran on how the “Work in Lieu of Arrest” program is giving troubled teens a chance to learn new lessons in work ethic.
