It’s been an annual event each fall. The annual University of Florida Joint Civic Luncheon, which was to promote town-gown relations, will not be held this year. The luncheon traditionally featured the UF President and the head football coach as speakers. Graduate students in the design program at the University of Florida college of art and art history are working with the city to create artistic crosswalks. The murals will be painted on the crosswalks on the intersection of Northeast 15th Street and 31st Avenue.
