Proposed manatee protection restrictions draw both support and opposition

Although some people welcome the federal proposal to curtail boating in Kings Bay year round, not everyone is happy about it. As Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM’s Mike Biana reports, those who oppose the plan say they don’t think manatees are at risk.
