Summer is here, so where are the afternoon showers?

Temperatures have already reached the 100s and it’s only June. Meteorologists with the National Weather Service in Jacksonville are counting on Summer afternoon showers to pick up soon. Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM’s Corey Bachman reports, the heat wave will likely let up with the arrival of a high pressure system leading to afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
