Gainesville innovators think outside the box

After Florida Sustainables took home the Cade Prize for innovation last night, the future may still be in plastics. Two University of Florida innovators, Dr. Stephen Miller and Ryan Martin created Florida Sustainables to create plastic that is both cost effective and more environmentally friendly. Earlier today, Dan Katz spoke with innovator and Florida Sustainables co-creator Ryan Martin about the contest and his product.
