Mayor Lowe pleads not guilty to DUI charges

Gainesville Mayor Craig Lowe has pleaded not guilty to DUI charges after his March 21 arrest. The major will appear in court April 11 for arraignment.

Ocala firefighters responded to a vehicle fire Wednesday afternoon. The fire destroyed the vehicle and halted rush hour traffic.

Ocala firefighters extinguish apartment complex fire

Ocala Fire Rescue extinguished a fire at the Paddock Park Apartment complex Thursday morning. There were no injuries reported.
