Grassroots effort targets restoration of Suwannee Springs

A group has organized to attempt the challenge of recruiting manpower and money to restore a natural spring near Live Oak which was once a noted tourist destination.  WUFT-TV’s Ricardo Navarro reports.

Concerns Continue Over Polk County Phosphate Sinkhole

Bradley Marshall, of the environmental group Earthjustice, said what happened at the Mosaic plant just proves mining for phosphate is bad for the environment.
