Gator Domino's, a group of 11 of the pizza restaurants in the Gainesville area, has been sold to a Tampa businesswoman.

Gator Domino's owner Freddie Wehbe told WUFT that he sold the stores to Erin Mullins.

Mullins already owns 10 Domino's along Florida's Gulf Coast, according to the Business Observer.

Wehbe said he sold his stores partially to retire but also to spend more time with family. He will continue under Mullins, though, as the marketing director of Gator Domino's.

Gator Domino's bills itself as the official pizza of the University of Florida.
