Students go head to head in culinary competition at Eastside High School

Seared tuna and balsamic caviar sound like items on a menu at a fancy restaurant. But in fact, these dishes were prepared by High School students this morning in a culinary competition. WUFT-FM’s Alyssa Averette has more on the opportunities and experience these students achieved.
