New unmanned aircraft system could change hurricane observation

For years, scientists have attempted to discover another method of studying the rapid intensity changes of hurricanes. As Florida’s 89.1, WUFT-FM’s Marc Whiteman reports, one organization might be very close to achieving that goal.
