As some bankers and community advocates protest tougher down payment requirements on homes, others are advocating a different approach to home ownership. Earlier today WUFT-FM’s Dan Katz spoke with University of Florida Family Financial Management Specialist Micheal Gutter, about the state of the housing market and what it means for those searching for the American Dream.
